These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between the Business and any user who browses, uses, or purchases services through this website. • "Distance Sales Transaction" – The purchase of a service executed remotely without joint physical presence, as defined under Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

The Business provides business engineering, operational consultancy, and custom automation development. The Business does not sell physical products; all deliverables are professional services and digital deliverables.

The exact scope, timeline, and commercial terms of specific engagements are defined in separate written Statements of Work (SOW) executed with each client.

4. Pricing, Payments & Invoicing

All service fees are specified in New Israeli Shekels (NIS) or USD where explicitly stated. Prices exclude or include VAT according to applicable law as specified adjacent to each service.

Payments are processed securely via major credit cards, bank transfers, or approved digital payment methods. Credit card processing is handled by certified, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

Upon successful transaction processing, a digital tax invoice/receipt is sent immediately to the email address provided by the Client at checkout.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

The cancellation policy operates in strict compliance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010:

• Standard Cancellation Window: In a distance sales transaction for services, the consumer may cancel the transaction within 14 days from the transaction date or receipt of transaction disclosure document (whichever is later), provided cancellation is requested at least 2 business days prior to the scheduled start of service provision.
• Extended 4-Month Cancellation Window for Protected Populations: In accordance with Amendment 47 to the Consumer Protection Law, a consumer who is a senior citizen (65+), a new immigrant (within 5 years of immigration), or a person with disabilities, is entitled to cancel a distance sales transaction within 4 months from the transaction date, provided the transaction included a communication with the supplier.
• Submitting a Cancellation Notice: Cancellation notices must be delivered in writing via email to aaron@aaronbelkar.com or via phone/WhatsApp to +972 54-5858486, specifying the client's full name, ID/company number, phone number, and order details.
• Cancellation Fees: In the event of a valid cancellation not resulting from breach by the Business, a cancellation fee capped at 5% of the transaction value or NIS 100 (whichever is lower) may be charged, in addition to clearing fees. If service execution has commenced with the client's consent prior to cancellation, the client will pay for the proportional value of services rendered up to the cancellation notice.
• Statutory Exceptions: The right of cancellation does not apply to customized software, automation workflows, or deliverables created specifically to bespoke client specifications once development work has commenced.

6. Service Delivery & Deliverable Timelines

All services ordered via the site are delivered digitally, remotely (via video calls, screen sharing, secure email), or during pre-scheduled in-person meetings:

• Scheduling: Consulting sessions and diagnostic kickoff meetings are scheduled within 2–5 business days following payment confirmation, subject to mutual availability.
• Digital Deliverables: Engineering reports, architectural plans, and custom scripts are delivered via email, secure repository links, or direct installation into client environments.
• Postponements & Force Majeure: Meeting reschedulings require at least 24 hours prior written notice. The Business is not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure, strikes, security emergencies, or delays resulting from client non-responsiveness.

7. Limitation of Liability & Warranty

The Business undertakes to perform all services with reasonable skill, diligence, and in accordance with leading industry engineering standards.

No Legal or Financial Advice: Deliverables and recommendations do not constitute legal, accounting, tax, or investment advice. Business decisions made by the Client are the sole responsibility of the Client.

Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Business shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages (including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption). The maximum aggregate liability of the Business for any claim shall be capped at the actual amount paid by the Client for the specific service under dispute.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the website, proprietary methodologies, frameworks, custom tools, text, diagrams, and branding remain the exclusive property of Aaron Belkar Business Engineering.

No portion of this website or proprietary diagnostic tools may be copied, redistributed, reverse-engineered, or exploited without prior written authorization.
